Today’s Daily Stoic writing prompt:  Are my actions contributing to my well-being?

I just took a nap.  I wasn’t expecting to snooze until 11 pm, but here we are…

Embroidery is done.  Initial sketch for the Pallas’ cat is done as well.  I also have the elements to put together a good Latin text tomorrow.

As I mentioned, took a nap that lasted longer than expected.  My eyes were becoming increasingly itchy as the day wore on.

I’m finishing listening to this episode of Ideas regarding the poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke.  The name rang a bell as one of the poets whose works are set to music in Shostakovich’s Symphony no. 14, but the associated article piqued my curiosity even more.  I think I may need to look up this poetry.
