Today’s Daily Stoic writing prompt: Can I do the right thing–even without the promise of rewards?

This is one which is a dilemma. My gut instinct for doing the right thing is to just do it, and not share it on social media, since there is a desire to not be performative. At the same time, there’s also the desire to lead by example.

Finished up my Presentation Mastery path in Toastmasters with a well-received speech. Started the fourth Shostakovich cartoon embroidery and making rapid progress.

Other than that, it was not a good day, because Reasons (which I won’t get into; don’t worry, no one’s sick, my mental health is fine). So short post today, to just keep up the streak.
