Today’s Daily Stoic writing prompt: Are you praying– or demanding?

I may have to return to this one. As I recall, this was all about being so secure in yourself that you do not need to “pray” that nothing goes wrong (and by “pray”, they are not just talking about the religious kind.) It’s essentially believing in yourself for those things you do control and accepting those you do not.

Short update today. Once again, the full one will be tomorrow, including perambulations around Montreal and the reason why we came: The OSM concert featuring Shostakovich’s 5th symphony (preview: it was everything and just short of utter perfection.)
